Renter shall take all reasonable steps to see that he/she members of his/her family and other occupants of the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof.
A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in a non- interest-bearing escrow account . Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation.
B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to the rental date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00.
