The loft is located at 153 O'Donnell st. Old San Juan. Perpendicular to San Francisco st and Luna st. Near by "Plaza Colon" (Columbus Sq). Surrounding the area are many restaurants and the fortresses of Old San Juan. Many government offices and art galleries. An incredible night life along the piers, restaurants, and bars of the citadel city. The cobblestone streets of Old San Juan and its many squares are a great place to socialize day and night. The loft is available all year for short term rental.
This newly renovated loft has an architecture characterized by 18 feet high ceilings to cool off the properties during the humid months of the caribbean. A property completely build of brick and plastered with a thin layer of marmoline. The ceilings are made of a combination of stacked bricks and wooden beams.
The kitchen is build out of cedar wood. This full granite kitchen includes stove oven, dishwasher, refridegerator, and microwave. The elevated bedroom has a Tempurepedic queen bed and is accessed by a beautiful wood stairway. The loft is completely air conditioned. One queen sized futon in the living room could be used by an additional guest. There is also a small chair that turns into a small futon for a kid under 35 pounds or 17 Kilograms. The living room also has a hanging hammock chair and a plasma TV.
The most unique aspect of the loft would be the bathroom. The fortress style bathroom is completely in slate. It has a separate tub and shower. This slate bathroom is the trademark of the loft. The fortress style bathroom was remodeled with a minimalist component in order to preserve the characteristic architecture of the times.
All the features of the loft are guaranteed to redefine the concept of every day living.
