We are a responsible looking for a person to lease as a roommate in a house we own. There is a large private room, private kitchen, shared bathroom, parking in front of the house. The agreement includes the cost of electricity, water, trash. The cost 750 monthly does not include cableinternet. The rental area is about 800 square feet. The floors are hardwood, wallpapered walls, oak kitchen cabinets. We are asking for a month to month lease that renews each month unless one party gives 30 days written notice to leave the agreement.
